this isn't the first time.
Its always on my inside of the fingers or on my palm. its like little tiny holes BENEATH my skin and if you look hard you can clearly see many of them. i tried pricking them and water like clear stuff comes out. but if i dont my skin starts peeling off (where the little holes are.) this happened to me in 4th grade. i went to the E.R before but after 4 years its coming back again. Im not going to lie. its scaring the sh*t outta me. PLEASE, help me. whats wrong with me? what is this? is it skin disease?

This should not be scaring the sh*t out of you! You need to see your family doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist. It could be any number of skin diseases that are not life threatening. Most likely, a prescription cream or solution will take care of it. If it's some kind of bacterial infection, the doctor will prescribe an antibiotic. Don't waste time worrying about -- call your doctor!
