Could I be diabetic or something?!

Question: Could I be diabetic or something?
I'm 17 and I think something might be up. One thing is I have to pee a ton of times a day. In a school day I have to go like every period, even when I drank practically nothing all day. Today I think I went around 10 times. Also, I seem to always be fatigued. I've always been like this though, like I'm always tired and lacking energy and it's even messed me up in school because when I have work I feel like passing out (and no it isn't laziness! lol). But yeah, and I also have pretty bad circulation. My doctor said I have Raynaud's Syndrome since my hands and feet are always cold and I have extremely sensitive finger and toenails (I can't clip them, only file them). I also get these random chest pains and sometimes it feels like it's coming straight from my heart, and my whole right arm hurts and like the left side of my body. So could it be circulatory problems as well or is it part of diabetes? It sucks feeling drained all the time and not having the energy to do things. I don't want to have to check my sugar and stuff every day and ive kind of been avoiding telling my doctor because honestly I'm scared. Years ago I was tested and nothing happened...could it have changed? And help would be appreciated

Answers:

Frequent urination, excessive thirst, excessive hunger, and fatigue are the classic symptoms of uncontrolled diabetes. You can add mood changes and vision changes to the common symptoms. If you start feeling nauseous or start vomiting, get to an emergency department very soon.

There does seem to be some evidence that diabetics are more likely to have Raynaud's phenomenon then the common population, but there has been very little research into the combination of these two diseases. It is known that diabetics often have circulatory problems, which is the reason why we heal so slowly.
