Is there a free treatment center for tuberculosis in or near WA state?!

I know there's one in NY, at their Bureau of TB control.. but I am wondering if there is something like it in WA. A relative of mine has active TB and she needs to get treated, this disease is one of the top killers in the world!; but she has no medical insurance nor can she afford otherwise..and she isn't eligible for medicaid either. Pls help if u know! Thanks
