No, don't drink energy drinks! Coffee is fine but energy drinks is to harsh on the body. If you are feeling tired a lot and if you feel like you are always waking up feeling tired a lot I suggest drink more water! Feeling tired is most commonly a sign of being dehydrated! Do you drink enough water? Do you eat healthy? Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating healthy plus get enough sleep and you should be fine! Try to wake up like 20 minutes earlier than usual and do some exersice or stretching!

If you get at least 8 hours of sleep a night (I usually go for 10 hours) you'll be more rested up than usual. If you smoke cigarettes, then you will have to consider quitting because they make you feel fatigue all day long pretty much. I've noticed that ever since I've started smoking, my energy levels have been going down.



when you wake up in the morning, dont go back to sleep, as soon as you wake up, get up. and thats when you start your day. if you go back to sleep. it'll make you feel tired throughout the day.
