Lemon for stretch marks....5 STARS FOR BEST ANSWER?!

Question: Lemon for stretch marks....5 STARS FOR BEST ANSWER?
So I have, what seem to be stretch marks, but I'm not quite sure cause of how fast I'm getting them and the little weight I gained. I have reason to believe it to be Bartonella Rash, but until I get to the doc in 2 weeks, I wanted to try to treat it as if they were stretch marks JUST IN CASE. Do you need to use a real lemon from produce or can you use the lemon juice in the bottle? And when you apply, do you just leave it there to soak in or do you massage it in? Thanks!!!
