I started shaking a yr. ago in my arms and hands I started shaking today throughout my whole body, what is it?

I noticed about a yr ago that my hands and arms were shaking. I eventually had to stop cutting my hair bc of it. Today I started shaking through out my whole body. It is not a severe shake, but its bad enough you can notice and feel it. Any ideas of what it could be? I hate going to dr.'s but this might send me to one

There are many things this could be. I am not sure how old you are but Parkinson's causes shaking because the body is uncontrollably sending off electrical signals resulting in involuntary shaking. It could also be stress related.
