Question: Breast cancer in a teen - how would it be treated?
I'm just wondering how it is treated, and would treatment be different for someone under 19; a teen?

Breast cancer would be treated the same way as an adults would to stop the cancer from spreading.
Breast Cancer in a teen is extremely rare & would make medical history if one was diagnosed as a teenager. Cancer can treated by removing the cancerous tumor.
Radiation or chemotherapy may used to stop the cancer from spreading to other parts of body.
Some examples include ........... Breast Cancer lumpectomy .......... , mastectomy............ Chemotherapy ............. Radiation
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia ................. Removal of spleen .............. Chemotherapy if spread to the liver .................... Bone Marrow Transplant.There are many cancers & each one may require different treatments depending on size location or tumor has spread.
