Rash due to BenzaClin or Bactim?
My girlfriend has a rash on her neck and chest area. It started at her throat two days ago, and has now spread. She recently started both BenzaClin and Bactrum. We looked at the list of side effects, and rash is listed under neither (though they said some side effects not listed). BenzaClin does say there may be redness or itchiness, however we think the BenzaClin may have given her a redness and peeling on her face (looks like a sunburn). She has been using the BenzaClin a few days longer.
Has anyone tried either product, with similar side effects?

She should probably call her doctor. It sounds like she is having an allergic reaction to the medication, which can get more severe with time. If it is topical cream Bactrum, it may be a common side affect. If she is taking the antibiotic pill bactrim, it would be good to ge in touch with a doctor ASAP, particularly if she has ever had a reaction to an antibiotic.
