Fastest way to get rid of scarring and scabbing???

I just got over mono and my nose is really chapped from blowing so much. its red and kinda scabbing. ive been using neosporin to help it heal, but its taking too long. is there ne thing i can do to speed up the healing process??
p.s theres sum where i want 2 go 2 this weekend, hopefuly nose chapped free.......

There is a Polysporin that is "heal fast" and it really works. Apply a lot before you go to bed and cover it with a bandage so the area really absorbs it. Vaseline on the area works too. Applying Vaseline/Polysporin OFTEN and placing a bandage to really keep it moist should make it heal quickly.
