Answers:

Wash those nasty hands. Often. Keep nails short & clean. Keep fingers on end of hand, not up nose, in eyes, or in mouth - yours or anyone else's. Go ahead and wash those hands again!

The key to healthy hand hygiene is washing with warm water and either antibacterial or antimicrobial soap for at least 20 seconds (the equivalent of singing the happy birthday song in your head lol). Hands should be washed every time you contact something that could be germy, such as household surfaces like a door knob, water faucet, telephone, etc. Lets not forget the face (eyes, nose, mouth) and after bathroom usage.

If you get a wound: small wounds should be cleaned and bandaged as soon as possible with antibacterial ointment and a band-aid or gauze. Bigger wounds need to be seen by the Dr as soon as possible and should be cared for per his/her instructions.

Keep yourself at home and in bed, taking medications and drinking plenty of fluid if you're ill. You could be contagious and spread your germs around if not careful. If coughing/sneezing, use tissues and dispose of them in trash can.

In the words of the swine flu campaign.

CATCH IT- Sneeze and cough into a tissuse
BIN IT- Throw it away,
KILL IT- Wash hands.

Et Voila

Wash your hands frequently
Don't come into close contact with people
Cough/sneeze into a tissue then throw it away
