Do i need to wear an identity bracelet if I'm allergic to penicillin?

I would, just because the only time the bracelet is used is when there's a medical emergency and you can't tell someone what you're allergic to. I'm pretty sure that if you're unconscious and need antibiotics, it would be good for doctors to know what not to give you.
