I don't drink water, but I feel fine?!

Question: I don't drink water, but I feel fine?
Yes, that is a very weird question! Here is my daily eating schedule (most of the time)

1 Large Bowl of cereal with 1% milk for breakfast (coffee too, everyonce in a while)
2 pieces of Pizza, and a gatorade for lunch
usually some pasta/chicken dish for dinner, with no drink (or sometimes cool-aid, arnold palmers, or iced tea)
1 large glass of tea before bed

That is barely any water! Maybe a total of ... 24 ounces on a good day. My kidneys, and all other organs are fine (I think they'd be dead after a while) and my blood is fine (blood work was great!), so other than being tired (like most teenagers), nothing seems to be wrong! My girlfriend is always telling me to drink it, but I don't see why I should sometimes. Whenever I do drink it, I feel like I've drank a lot of water already, it's so weird!

Could some one explain what is going on here?

Answers:

Every food you eat contain some water. So if you eat an apple or a lettece, they would contain water.
“'1 milliliter of water for each calorie of food,'” -website (source)
Tea has some water, too.
