You can not get HIV or AIDS from not taking a bath, you get that from coming in contact with Bodily Fluids of an infected person.

You cannot get it from anything other than having unprotected sex and that includes oral with a infected carrier. Unless you are in a 3rd world country where they do not screen blood donations and then you may get it from a transfusion. Here in America- you get it by having sex with someone who has it. It has noting to do with broken bathtubs. You may get a rash or start to smell really bad but you won't get AIDS. STDS are Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Not TTD Tub Transmitied Diseases. No i've never heard of that. It's a SEXUALLY transmitted disease so only if you have unprotected sex with someone infected then you shouldn't worry about that.
