Please help !!!!!?

I think i may have a boil, i don't wanna go doc's till i get some advice as to what else it could be.
It is in my bum very close to my poo pipe its a bit bigger than a match head,white with NO head and very very painfull.
Do you think its a boils or just a spot?

A boil is really just a super zit, caused by the same bacteria that cause zits on your face. Staph bacteria are present all over the skin, and only cause trouble when they get into a pore and set up house. It could also have started life as an ingrown hair, near the anus hair can get broken or rubbed off easily and grow in. It happens. Anyway, the cure is simple. Soak your tush in hot water, or apply moist heat to the spot- hot as you can stand as often as you can stand it. You can also apply a heating pad- just take care not to burn your tush. It will form a whitehead, and with continued heat, that will spontaneously drain itself. With heat, it usually takes a day or so. Until then it's going to hurt, and when it begins to drain you will notice an immediate improvement in matters.
Not much you can do for the pain, Tylenol or Motrin are your choices. Just don't mess with it, poking, prodding, squeezing or trying to do home surgery. If you break it under the skin it will spread the infection to other skin and make matters much worse than they are now. It will form a head, and it will drain, without your help. It will heal much faster without it as well. Once it begins to drain, if you can stand it, you can give it a gentle push along the sides. Warning, it will give pain a new definition, though. Otherwise, apply heat and wait it out. Oh, and baby wipes will make things more comfy for cleansing purposes, than dry paper, in the meantime. My sympathies.
