I'm having an mri on my hip?!

I'm having an mri on my hip?

its called an arhti something. the reason is that they found a spot and dont know what it is. they will put a needle in my hip,when they do the mri. anyone ever had this done? does it hurt? tell the truth..thanks!

I have had needles put in both limbs, face, and neck, but mine was for a nerve conduction study for a potential muscle disease. I don't know if this is the same type of needle. If it is, it's a little uncomfortable, but not extremely painful. Hope it goes well.
