My Baby's Lactose-intolerant What Can She Eat?!

Well i have just been told that my 11 month old daughter maisie is lactose intolerant,, i'm unsure on what to feed and give to drink and what not to,,,, if anyone knows could you give me some pointers?,,,, is some lacto-free things bad for her? her dad was also lactose intolerant (if you don't know what it means it means there not allowed dairy products) can she have like orange juice or is it too rich,,,, i have always either gave her milk or water. what is soya like is it dairy? xxxxx
