Question: Can you only have slight signs of cancer?

I'm just curious. Could you have slight or no signs + symptoms at all of it, but then have it?

You either have it or you don't. However, cancer is clinically described as Stage I, II, III, or IV. A Stage I cancer can be "cured;" a Stage IV will probably be terminal...

Yeah, what Denise said. I apparently had cancer growing with no symptoms. Then very nondescript symptoms for over 2 years before the obvious.. It'll get you eventually.
