you should go to doctor.

Don't wash your face too much. Too much washing makes the skin produce more sebum (oil) that can clog pores and lead to more zits. Just wash in the morning and night, especially night to take all the grime off your face at the end of the day.

Try not to pick at them. If you have to pop one them use a disinfected pin, or pass a lighter over it to kill any bacteria and squeeze the goop out gently. Don't try to pop the big lumps under the skin either, it'll just make them worse.

Try not to touch your face to much either as bacteria is easily transferred to your face from your hands. Try Simple facewash. No soap or fragrances that can be harmful to the skin, make sure you get the spot fighting one it's cheap too. Also try the Clean and clear oil free dual action moisturiser.

If all else fails go to the GP and get him to prescribe you some Duac which seems to be helping me a lot. It's worth taking a trip to the doctor even for an opinion. With the range of products out there it's a case of trial and error for the most part. www.acne.org has some great forums and you can see the pros and cons of treatments and people real life experiences and reviews of them, probably the best website for info on spots, skin conditions etc.

Pimples have been the all time problem of adolescent, teenager and even adults. And though pimples are only temporary, the mere sight of them scattered all over your face is really unpleasant. Yet times there is a fear that they leave marks on the face and change the look of the skin to a rough texture.

From sweet sixteen to fabulous forty, acne or blemish is one very frequent problem faced by people of both the sex. A normal, growing blemish-free skin from impurities is desired by everyone. It enhances the personality of an individual and makes him/her feel more confident and presentable. When we notice red boils or break-outs on our face or any other part of our skin we immediately react by squeezing them or breaking them. This leads to either expansion or patches or marks and sometimes causes infection too. Otherwise we tend to consult the dermatologist or use chemical rich creams which frequently pose unwanted effects.

Vitamins A & B are very important for the health of your skin. Vitamin A deficiency can cause acne or blemish etc. Vitamin A will strengthen your skin. Vitamin B is great for acne. The only Vitamin that has an anti-inflammatory effect is Vitamin C. It will help with healing and protect your immune system. A study conducted at Duke University provides evidence that Zinc is an important antioxidant supporting healthy skin. Among the findings: Zinc protects against UV radiation, enhances wound healing, contribute to immune and neuropsychiatric functions, and decrease the relative risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. So, in addition to the antioxidant benefits Zinc offers to our skin, zinc is also important for the proper functioning of the immune system.

As all these Vitamins are naturally and abundantly available in Stevia, your body absorbs them easily without fighting with any toxins like it does when consuming or applying chemically treated Vitamins, giving your more natural, safe, effective and quicker results.
