Have you ever heard of someone having these symtoms? What disease or condition could they be a cause of?

Ok I started to get all these symptoms all during one month and I don't know what caused them to come on suddenly:
I'll list the symptoms in the order in which I got them:
1) constipation - frequent and eventually became chronic
2) very dry skin - felt like sandpaper and no lotion relieved it
3) skin under my arms (armpits) turned really dark almost black and I'm light colored
4) started sweating more than usual, especially under my arms
5) people started commenting on a foul body odor and this odor was always present despite frequent and more showers
6) Sharp strong pain on my lower right side under my ribs
These are all of the symptoms I accumulated in one month. They led me to having to quit my job becuz the odor issue was too embarassing to handle around my coworkers. I tried everything to try & get rid of the odor. I started taking 2-3 showers a day, switched soap, deodorants, started using more perfume, but didn't help.
What condition could these symptoms be a sign of?

I ran outta room but I wanted to mention that I did eventually go see a doctor about these symptoms and the sharp pain turned out to be a problem with my gallbladder which I had to have removed surgically and so I no longer have any pain. My dry skin also cleared up after the surgery, but I continue to have these rest of the symptoms. For me the worst symptom to deal with is the bad body odor issue as I had never had this problem before. What do you think could be causing the persisitent bad body odor? When I mentioned the odor issue to a couple of doctors they basically brushed it off as if there was no odor issue, except for one doctor and he did acknowledge there was an odor. He told me that the odor would go away on it's own in time. Well it's been 3 years since I had that doctor's appointment and the odor issue is still there. Only thing I can describe the odor as is a fecal matter odor. I know gross & I'm sorry about that, but I really want to try & find out what's causing it

I'd Suggest going to a doctor
it sounds like your sweat glands are producing too much, or it could be somthing complelty differnt, causing it
But with out bieng checked by a doctor you'll never know
