i had an ear infection a couple months ago and the doctor prescribed me some antibiotics 2 clear it up, they worked and i was better after a couple of days so i stopped the antibiotics before i finished the course since i felt better, well the other day my ear was hurting again and now it feels the same as before and i think my ear infection is back i still have antibiotics left from before was wondering if it would be safe to retake them? to help clear it up again

While it is very likely safe to take them, you would again be taking an incomplete course of drugs and you would again have the same problem. Go to the doctor, get a prescrption for a full course of antibiotics, and take the full course. If you plan not to take the full course again, then don't waste the time and money going to the doctor and getting the script.
