Bumpy skin?
I have bumpy skin...It's just a patch of skin that's about as big as a nickel and I have about 3 of them on my arms...They're like goosebumps and I've had them for a while but how do I get rid of them? They're not red and when I scratch them they turn white and it's more noticeable. They don't itch or anything but how can I get rid ofo them? They look like goosebumps and I have them between my biceps and elbow too..

I'm not sure what you are describing, but salt scrub you can get at the drug store works great for bumps I get on the back of my arms.
You need to use it every few days or once a week.
