One morning i woke up and on my left leg i have a cluster of about 8 quite large lumps that are very painful to itch, i have no idea what they are, does anyone know?, they have only just started to itch and i have had them for about 1 week now

Eight large lumps? Is it sort of red around that area as well? Is the skin flaky? Also, are you in sports? You could have jock-itch and the bumps are a bacteria taking advantage of your lowered immune systems. If you have some of these symptoms talk to your doctor and don't use any "natural" remedies they DON'T WORK! I've tried them my self because I am suffering with jock itch.
