do not touche it with your fingers! the oil from your hands will make it worse.
make a doctors appointment.
what he is going to do is make a small cut in it and drain the fluid from it and give you a cream or pill to kill the bacteria.
do not try to pop it or anything cause you will get a staph infection because of all the bacteria that is in a cyst and it all needs to get out.
you can do hot compresses on it for now but make sure its with a clean towel or put a pillow case over a heating pad because you dont want it to drain onto anything.

I won't say hospital but get an appointment with ur family doctor so he can have a look at it. It may be nothing so just to be sure make appointment and from there u can get setup with a dermatologist and they nay remove it or give suggestions
make a doctors appointment and put hot compresses on it. as many as you can stand.
