Question: I found this acne looking thing on my arm that's black?

Ok so I had this black acne looking thing on my upper arm and It looked out of the ordinary because it felt like a splinter when I would touch it. So I left it there and it looked like regular a mole. So I squeezed the sides of it and it sprouted out to a Long thick Black splinter like thing. But the thing is, it wasn't a splinter cuz my sister had one on her thigh before. So I tried to google it but nothing came up.
Does anyone know what the heck that was? A mole that oozes out like a thick big black splinter????
Please help!!!!!

Its just acne. When it gets infected it goes black. Its actually called a black-tip or so I've heard em called. I get em every once in a while. its a wakeup call you have some hygiene issues to work out.
