Will the blood on the blade will drie on the side which is not exposed to air like blade on the table?
i wanted know whether the hiv virus can survive in daily usable things which is not exposed to air

Very rarely does HIV virus stay alive for any length of time on metal or like out of body ,with exception to syringes . It would be prudent to thoroughly clean blade or throw away, if droplets not dried and came into contact with open wound then you will suffer some risk.♥
