Help. I rubbed cayenne pepper on my skin.?!

Question:

Help. I rubbed cayenne pepper on my skin.?

Don't ask why, but I rubbed ground cayenne pepper all over my skin and I can't feel it over most of my body but my face, as many times as I've washed it (I've even taken a shower) really burns badly. Help?

Ok, the reason is because I just have this weird thing where I like rubbing stuff with strange or grainy textures (salt, sand, etc.) all over myself. I know its weird, but this really huuuuuuuurts. I don't want to call poison control because I don't think its that serious and they'd probably just say to suck it up and wait it out. Is there any way to make the pain stop though? I want to sleep but its hard when my face hurts and I have fiery breath.

Answers:

Try milk- yes, the stuff from cows. Soak a washcloth in milk, then set it on your face... don't rub, just set it there and let it soak in for a bit. I know that milk helps after being sprayed with pepper spray ( i was in the police academy and that was part of the training), so I think it would probably help. Also, go to your doctor if it doesn't feel better, cause they might be able to prescribe something for the burn. Also, you might wanna go see a psychologist about your "obsession", cause that is a bit strange.
