i feel for you.
i had that problem for 8 months and it's easy to decay the teeth during that time......I learned some tricks to make life more pleasant for me;
chew sugarless gum constantly, put your toothbrush in alcohol after every use..... get some propolis from the health food store and use 3 times daily..... get some alcohol mouthwash and use often....especially when you wake up at night with your tongue stuck to the roof of your mouth and then get back in bed and rest.
i'm over it now, but living through it was a real nightmare and i wish i'd known what to do about it faster.....best thing to know is that you will heal.
i think because i had an anxiety attack last year after the death of my best friend, my body's immune system started shutting down and that was one of the symptoms with the dry mouth.
