What are the signs and symptoms of Fibromalgia?!

Question:

What are the signs and symptoms of Fibromalgia?

Please give me a brief description of it

Answers:

Fibromyalgia is currently recognized as a syndrome, not a disease (there is no identifiable single cause yet). However, even its definition of a syndrome is controversial, so different physicians will say different things. One definition commonly used is at least 11 areas of soreness or "trigger points" over the whole body, with at least one area in each of the four quadrants of the body (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right).

Aside from definitions, there tends to be an association with poor sleep patterns, and more women seem to have it than men.

As always, discuss any such questions with your physician.
