What are these scratch patches appearing on my face?

I'm a professional painter by trade. I got a small scratch on the side of my face near my ear. I got worried the next day because it got bigger and looked worse. Someone told me it was probably infected and it made me feel better. But then today the following day I got scratched patches on other areas of my face. Whats happening to me? The first one is a lot bigger then the other ones. Am I going to be ok?

I'm going to tell my boss tommorow that I need tuesday off. I'm going to get seen at a clinic. Please help me with any info, thoughts or opinions. Thank you

You may be allergic to something in the paint. Do you use latex paint? Many people can develop an allergy to latex after repeated exposure. You need to see a dermatologist.
