its been a complete 3 weeks from the begining n know this is my 4th week

How you took care of the sores and your genetics will determine when or if the scars vanish.
They will continue to look bad for at least another month or so. And then they will fade.
If you have pits those are unlikely to vanish completely, they may fade to the same color as the surrounding skin but wont fill back in.
If you have discoloration with no scaring then that should fade over time and may vanish completely.
Also note that scars on the face are less likely to vanish than ones on the arms or legs. An even minor cut on your face especially your upper lip is much more likely to result in a lasting scare than a deeper cut on your arm.
