I have a mild sore throat for 5 days and now I seem to be spitting up red dots/c!

I have a mild sore throat for 5 days and now I seem to be spitting up red dots/cells?

The sore throat seem to be around my adam's apple, and now i'm spitting up what seems to be little groups of red crap? As well as a little green stuff. It's obvious.. but, this has me concern, this has never happened before? It's dosn't look like blood.. but I'm no expert? Any suggestion what it might be.

You should go see your doctor as soon as you can. The green stuff is an infection, and the red dots are specks of blood. Which may be just broken capillaries in your throat. It may just be mild infection in your throat.
