Question: Decaf with a stuffed nose?
I have a stuffy nose and i read to stay away from caffeine or your nose will get worse. If I drink decaf coffee, will my stuffy nose get worse?

I don't think the caffeine is the issue. I've had a stuffy nose for a long time, although it appears it may be related to another illness. But I found that if I stayed away from coffee and soda, caffeine or not, that my stuffy nose wasn't so bad. It has to do with the fluids in your body. The more hydrated you are, the less stuffy someone usually is if they have sinusitis. If you have to have coffee, make sure you at least get some other hydrating fluids in your body.
Just personal experience.
