Boils appearing in/on mouth, whats going on?!

last night, 1 side of my bottom lip felt hot and then a swelling started to appear, asif i had been hit in the mouth, when i woke up, that side of my lip was very swollen and when i looked closer, it looked asif i had small boils on my lip, later on in the day i was eating a sub(subway) and it felt like i chewed something sharp cos i had a sharp pain on the inside of my upper right cheek and now i just noticed it feels like a boil :'( whats going on??? i recently had a tooth extracted on friday
