Sebaceous Cyst Removal Costs?

Does anyone know how much it will cost to get a sebaceous cyst removed from my back? It is small but I have a holiday coming up in less than 4 weeks and would feel better if it wasn't there.

The doctor won't do it as it's considered 'cosmetic' minor surgery. it's been the same size for about 5 or 6 months now and doesn't hurt
