How can I delay my period a week? It's due tomorrow and I'm on the pill. This morning I had the third sugar pill. I want to delay it a week as my mum told me if you have a cold when you get your period, you have a cold until your next period. I'm on antibiotics for my cold. Thanks.

i think your mum was joking, but if you want to delay your period for hollidays etc, just keep on taking the proper pill not the sugar pill. then after your next period start a new pack
