Question:

Is there a cure for Fibromyalgia?

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia - i have black floaters in my eyes and raised veins in both hands -apparently i have this in my neck and it causes a throbbing pain in my head.Does anyone suffer from this and can anyone recommend anything that helps the pain .Finally is there a cure for this or is it something once diagnosed its with you for life?

Answers:

Commonly, medical doctors assign the word "fibromyalgia" to a combination of symptoms for which they do not know or understand a cause, and for which they do not have a cure, although some relief may be offered through medication.

Consult several doctors if you can and get yourself checked thoroughly. The more details you can give the doctor, the better the chance for an accurate assessment.

Write down ALL the concerns that you have over a period of a week or so, copy the list and take it with you when you visit the doctor. This ensures that the doctor knows as much as possible.

Keep the copy for a second or third doctor. Add to it as necessary.

Be prepared to look at alternative health practices, such as
herbs, energy healing, acupuncture. It is very possible that relief or a cure can be found there when conventional (western) medicine fails. You may have to consult practitioners in several of these areas. Be open about it.

I would suggest you try energy healing first because it has a very good possibility of reducing the headache pain you are experiencing, and that should happen immediately. A full body treatment may also affect other symptoms.

The positive part of this is that, while a full body treatment may take thirty minutes, you should experience some immediate relief from the pain...within ten minutes or less.

Complete elimination of the pain may not be readily available for you but reduction is probable.

For comparison, migraines can be reduced or halted with two treatments of one minute each, and given five minutes apart.

Common stress and sinus headaches occasionally require a second effort after a few minutes, but usually they stop completely in one minute.

If you do not realize some immediate relief, do not continue seeing that person.

We do not know what other symptoms you have, so energy healing alone may not provide everything that you need, and you should still be prepared to consult others.
