My mother's blood sugar level is 333 and her BP is normal is it dangerous?

we have a do it at home kit and we checked and it was 333 and my grandmother tells if my mother doesnt take any insulin she might get a stroke is it true. pls suggest some home remedy

The sugar level is pretty high... yes ur mom might need insulin but doctor is the best person to advice on this....
talking about home remedies, i have no clue what part of the world u are from so can't suggest all that well, but soem basic things u can tell ur mom to do...
1. Ban sugar completely... use sugar free if she isn't able to control the temptation. No potatoes also.
2. Neem and bitter gourd help to bring the sugar level low...
