What kind of allergic reaction do I have?!

What kind of allergic reaction do I have?

Over a week ago I noticed I had a cluster of small itchy bumps on my chest, kind of blotchy. Then they got reder, itchier and raised in one big blotch. It was also very hot to the touch. Now after a week it is weaper with little bubbles. At first I thought it was fabric softner then I thought it was penicilin (had my wisdom teeth out) but I still wonder if maybe it was poison ivy from holding my cats (they are outdoors a lot).

It's almost gone now, I can tell it's in it's last stages but I'm just curious what it was so I can avoid it.

I also have a couple spots on my thigh and stomach. It was awful awful pain, burning and itching that really drove me mad.

My guess is that it is poison ivy. Fabric softener would probably be a rash everywhere your clothing came in contact with your skin. The penicillin would probably be a generalized rash as well.

The rash sounds like a poison ivy rash--I just got rid of poison Ivy. The itching was so bad it would wake me up at night. Then if I scratched it too much it started burning and hurting--not just itching. Good luck with it, what ever it is!
