What are those tiny bumps left behind after the ring worm dissapears?!

Question:

What are those tiny bumps left behind after the ring worm dissapears?

I had a quite serious ring worm on my top left shoulder for about two months. I finally got it to go away, with the use of bleach and cream. However, when the ring was no longer visable, the area still was itchy, there were a couple of very small bumps... looked like a tiny white head almost. I kept putting cream on the area... then I noticed that those bumps are now on my right upper arm, on the back, some on the front.....some of them look like small red blotches under the skin though. I have maybe one or two on my left arm.

Are these in fact related to that ring worm, or is it something else? Where the ring worm was can be a bit itchy sometimes, as well as my right arm... usually at night, but the itchiness is not severe. I continue to use Tinactin cream twice daily... just because I don't know what else to do... please advise.
