I frequently get sinus infections.Could anyone recommend a antibiotic besides Levaquin?

I've had so many sinus infections in the last 4 years that I need a strong antibiotic to stop them.Levaquin has been working for me.The problem is there are to many side effects with taking this drug.It basically wipes me out .I hope someone could recomend a different antibiotic for my problem?
