I been going crazy please help?

I think im going crazy and dont know what to think I had swellon lymph nodes,and when I went to the doctors 3 time the first one said post nasal drip the secound one said viral infection, I had meds, but now i HAVE a white spot in the back of my throat,my I eyes feel heavy,and I also need to know when should i worry about lymph nodes, and I dont know if i been having fevers im killing my self not knowing, I dont have a cough,my mother say im stressing cause ever 3 min im checking myself,and when the doctor tells me one thing i think something else,and the fatiuge thing i dont know if i am i been up and around all day up and down the step im heavy set so loss of breath im use to can someone please help or give advise thanx if u can

OK you are already being medically treated we can only speculate , a swab from the infected area will also tell what is problem. Go back if your concerned we wouldn't know good luck LOL ♥
