It depends on the STD. For a woman, generally the signs are foul odor from the vagina, vaginal and/or anal itching, pain when urinating, pain during sexual intercourse, frequent urination, lower abdominal pain, sometimes low grade fever, sore throat (from oral sex), blisters in the genital area that become scabs, itchy palms and bottoms of feet, soft, fleshy warts around the genital area, night sweats, fatigue, and unusual infections.
