Restless leg syndrome?
My father involutarily moves his foot at night. It's kind of hard to explain, but it's like when you move you leg a certain way and it starts bouncing, except it happens even while he sleeps! It's driving my mother crazy and I'm wondering if it could be restless leg syndrome. Got any answers?

Hi. I have restless legs myself. A good sign that it is restless legs is "daytime sleepiness". When one has restless legs, you are never able to go into the deep sleep that allows you to feel refreshed the next day. A sleep disorder physician could help in this diagnosis. There are several meds out there today that really help.
