I was wondering whether or not hydrogen peroxide would work on acne. It works on cuts to remove dirt, but acne isn't an open wound. Thanks for any input.

If it's a persisting problem you will need Antibiotics. You can get it from a Dermatologist. I get either DOXYCYCLINE or AMOXICILLIN. Your entire face will clear up in 3 days but I depending on the meds you might have to take it for 7 days.
