Any help? Dvt or paranoia?!

Question: Any help? Dvt or paranoia?
So i have a phobia of getting a blood clot. Ive had probably 4-5 ultrasounds on my legs, so many d-dimer tests I cant even remember, xrays, and EKG's, all have been negative. Four days ago, I went to the hospital with chest pain, had the full workup negative D-dimer test, perfect xray and EKG. Well for about two days now, Ive had a slight burning pain, in my right thigh, sometimes it will be in the front of my thigh then in the back. The day after the hospital, I did go to the gym and jogged. And I also went dancing two nights in a row. But because of this pain, I have this anxious feeling I just cant shake. Should I concern myself with this? im 22 no medical problems, and no history of these running in my family... am I being illogical because i've had so much testing in the past?? I could use some good answers, instead of going to the dr, cause i was just there four days ago....

PLEASE help

im not on the pill either

Answers:

No you don't have a DVT.

The fact you had a full workup done to for PE/DVT, makes it very unlikely. You are only 22, you have no family history of blood disorders, no significant past medical history, and are not on the pill, which is unlikely you have a clot (DVT).

You are being paranoid, and there is no need to see your doctor unless you develop significant unilateral swelling in your calf and is having calf pain, and is coughing up blood. Those are few of the more important signs of pulmonary embolism.

Don't worry, you are fine.
