Ok, this is going to sound gross but....
I always have had a clear face, I never have any pimples and if they do show up they are so tiny and go away within a day. But for some reason, I have recently just got this HUGE i mean massive pimple on my cheek. There is no white head, and I'm not exaggerating on how big it is, it's actually really big!
If i push in parts of the skin, I can feel the stuff in it move...How do I get rid of this pimple! There is no white part so I can't squeeze it or anything!!

You should go to the dermatologist, it could be an infection of some sort. Do NOT pop it.
Cut your skin with a knife and it'll ooze right out.
