1. After all surgeries are all tissues samples sent to pathology even regardless of reason for surgery?
2. After all surgeries, are patients put on routine abx to prevent infection post-op?
3. What is the time frame post-op when is fever no longer a concern as being post-op infection? (such as developes fever 2 weeks after outpt surgery but prior to that pt fine and incision is clean w/o signs of infection)
