Does your back ache?

Does your bach ache from sitting in a computer chair for an avaredge of 5 hours a day? Mine does


Answers:

Yes, its does, specially lower back section, it can last a couple of days, but I make an effort of getting up everyon so many hours and going for a walk at lunchtime it helps a lot.
