YAG Laser (Q-Switched) Birthmark removal?

Can anyone share their experience in using the YAG Laser for birthmark removal (cafe au lait).

I cannot tell you about the Yag laser, but I have had dark sploches removed with the PhotoFacial. It truly is amazing. It really works. The darker the cells, the more light is absorbed.
