I just hate this moles..?!?!?!?!

I just hate this moles..?!?!?!?

Way back when i was a kid..i noticed two very small light brown colored dots on my nose...seemingly everybody called it as a mole..and i just thought that it would not grow bigger...now i am already 18 Y/O and these two small dots seems to grow and darken its color...and i don't really want these two to grow bigger and bigger...i hate this stuffs....i can't imagine to have to big moles above my nose....what shall i do..please help me guyz.....

But seriously, if these are moles that are changing then it is a good idea to have them looked at by a dermatologist. The dermatologist can determine if they are troublesome. S/he can also remove them if you want for cosmetic reasons.
